the Wings Hope Initiative
On 26 April 2022 Nudem, in cooperation with the Kurdish Red Crescent and the Slêr Committee, and, in continuation of the Wings Hope Initiative, 10 wheel chairs were provided to children, and 20 wheel chairs, crutches and walkers were handed over to adults in the Nudem office in the city of Qamişlo . The initiative aims to improve everyday living conditions and render facilities.

On World Down Syndrome Day and Mother’s Day on the 21st of March
Mother, Love can’t be spoken, cannot be written, won’t leave anyone behind. On World Down Syndrome Day and Mother’s Day on the 21st of March, NODEM distributed several toys and gifts to 12 children and honored 12 mothers of children with Down syndrome. This is to promote and support Nodem’s message in consolidating children with special needs into their society through social interaction between all children with all shades and colors and draw joy and happiness on the faces of children and their mothers. Brochures were also distributed to a number of neighborhoods in Qamishlo to raise awareness about this category.

Wings of Hope
On the women’s Day and Seeking to enhance women role in the community The Kurdish Red Crescent KRC, Noodm for disabled people with Shleer committee for Childhood Protection launched an initiative ,under the name of “Wings of Hope”, to distribute motor aids for people in needs, with the aim of raising the community awareness and supporting this group . Nursery and First Ain Course concluded
The Nursery and First Aid course organized by the Nudem for Humanitarian Development and Rehabilitation for the Persons With Disabilities in the Nudem office in the city of Qamishlo came to an end.
