It is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental and a humanitarian organization, aimed at caring, rehabilitating and integrating all groups of people with disabilities into local communities in accordance with human principles and values.

-It aims to provide care and rehabilitation for people concerned.
-To include all groups of people with disabilities in local societies in accordance with human principles and values and endeavors.
-To provide developmental and technical services, integration services, and physical, psychological and professional rehabilitation and care
-To take Care of talents through activities and programs, coordination with relevant organizations and institutions, and benefiting from others’ experiences and development .
Objectives:
-Providing all kinds of humanitarian, curative and rehabilitative services for people with disabilities.
-Improving the infrastructure in all regions, which helps to improve the conditions of people with disabilities and facilitate their daily movement.
-Cooperating with all official, local and legislative institutions to issue laws for people with disabilities.
-Cooperating with all international and local organizations to provide them with all possible services.
-Raising awareness about disability issues.
-Opening physical, psychological, vocational, technical, and educational rehabilitation and communal enters in all regions of Northeast Syria and throughout Syria in the future.
-Rehabilitating families that take care of people with disabilities.
-Providing all moving, audio and visual aids to them.
-Working in all regions of northeastern Syria and all parts of Syria in the future, and opening centers and branches for the organization .
-Work according to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and according to local laws in the regions of Northeastern Syria.
-Working to integrate the displaced and refugees into the local community.
